This Homeless Cat Snuck Into A Nursing Home And Found A Job

Oreo is a stunning cat that works in a nursing home. She has black and white hair, and she is quite sociable. She managed to find her way to the St. Augustine Health Ministry in Cleveland, Ohio, where she stayed and won everyone over.

The asylum’s receptionist, Carmen Delgado, said:

“Here, she is like family. She supports the staff and the residents, and I adore her.

Everyone enjoys the taste and smell of Oreo.

Director of Advances Dana Carns stated:

The majority of the individuals we care for own pets, so Oreo being here and their ability to visit and pet the cat and check on him regularly gives them a sense of home.

“Even on evenings and weekends, staff members constantly give me images, such as “Oreo is at the front desk answering the phone because it’s late,” or “she’s sitting with a resident waiting to be picked up.” I believe she provides us a lot of smiles, laughter, and general normalcy.”

Dana also said

“The arrival of Oreo has residents giddy with excitement. She is adored and sought after by everyone for cuddles. I believe she mainly contributes laughter, smiles, and a sense of normalcy.

On the other side, Oreo’s presence in the nursing home makes everyone on staff happy to work there. The elderly are urged to leave her alone so that she can be greeted and lavished with attention for a time because she has given so much delight to both the residents and her caregivers.
