Dog Was Alone At The Shelter For 400 Days, So This Man Moved Into His Kennel

Queen is a nice little dog that has been waiting for someone to give her a break for 400 days at the Great Plains SPCA shelter. Fortunately, Scott Poore learned about her predicament and made the decision to take action. To be with her, the man entered the shelter.

Scott is the creator of Mission Driven, a clothing line dedicated to rescuing dogs from shelters. The Dodo was informed the Queen’s life had not been at all simple.

The dog was discovered in a dumpster in a sketchy area of Kansas City, Missouri, where it had been living on the streets.

Everyone anticipated that she would find a permanent home immediately after being saved by the shelter, but this did not occur.

Corey said:

“They told me about all the many things they attempted to do to adopt her, and none of them had worked.”

Due to the aforementioned, Scott had the notion of doing something to bring attention to Queen, and when he suggested it to the shelter’s rescuers, they readily agreed.

Scott moved his belongings, which included a huge dog bed that he had been using, a small desk, a chair, a plant, and other items, from his bag at the animal shelter into Queen’s kennel.

“I attempted to make the space feel more like a home by hanging a calendar there. It appears to be a bedroom.”
