A Dog Walks Into A Police Station In Texas To “Report Himself Missing.”

Most of us consider our dogs to be the best, smartest, and most attractive animals ever to walk the Earth. For some, this is somewhat true, but for others, the pure and unconditional love that every parent feels for their kid has blinded them. I’m referring to the dog.. (I mean child). This dog, on the other hand, is a clever guy since he realized that the best place to go when he lost his master is the police station. Chico lingered on the notion of applying for a job as a K-9 for a long after reporting his problem like the wonderful boy he is. To read about his entire journey, scroll down.

Last week, officers at the Odessa Police Department in Texas were surprised to see an unusual visitor — a courteous dog who gently placed his paws on the front desk to inform them of his problem. There looked to be a dog missing. Or, as he most certainly imagined to himself, a person. Sergeant Rusty Martin, one of the police who received Chico, claimed the dog appeared unconcerned about his new position. It seemed as if he had simply gone for a walk around the area and decided to pay the helpful policemen a visit to brighten their day.

He went out as fast as he had came in after hanging around there for a bit.

In response, the cops made every effort to make his day a little brighter. They said he was showered with “a lot of love and attention.” Martin said, “We were all delighted to have him in the building.” “We had a tennis ball, so we tossed it about in the lobby for a while.” He was adored by everybody.” It was time to make sure Chico was returned to his rightful owners after playing was done. But, because his ID tag had come off his collar, it wasn’t as simple as it seemed. As a result, animal control officers were called to look for a microchip.

His owner stated that he returned home safely after his brief adventure.

Chico, on the other hand, thought his time at the PD was up and sneaked away before animal control came. Fortunately, he returned home quickly and was reported the next day by his family. “He rushed out just as quickly as he came in,” Sergeant Martin said. “The next day, the owner answered to say that it was his dog and that he had returned home.” He lives a mile or so away from the station.”
